Open Enrollment
We are currently enrolling for the 24-25 school year at each of our locations.

Thank you for your interest in Pathways School and Evaluation Center. We are a small non-profit, state approved K-12 private school and evaluation center. The following is the admissions process and the steps involved in ensuring that your child be able to attend Pathways School and Evaluation Center.

Admission Eligibility

Each applicant is considered on an individual basis.

Admission Steps

The first step is to tell us about your child. Please fill out our interest form and return it with a copy of your child's current IEP and MET/evaluation to Info@PathwaysSchool.org
Since we embrace a philosophy in which the needs of children come first, we base enrollment decisions on whether our school has the resources to meet your child’s needs. Therefore, pending review of these documents, we will then schedule a tour of the school and a meeting with the director. Parents/Guardians will be notified of an enrollment decision within 2 weeks.

Upon acceptance of the enrollment offer, the parent/guardian will sign a student contract and provide a $500 deposit to secure enrollment (the amount is non-refundable but will be deducted from the student's annual tuition.)

The completion of the enrollment process is pending receipt of the following documents:

  • Enrollment Paperwork Packet
  • School Policies Support Agreement (Parent and Student Handbook)
  • Emergency Contact Card
  • Previous School’s Withdraw Form (for all ESA recipients)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Immunization records
  • IEP and MET/Evaluation*
  • ESA Award letter*

*As applicable
